Glassware

To etch decorative designs on a glass surface, the artisan layers diamond-point techniques using a diamond needle with ‘urushi’ lacquer art to apply mother-of-pearl and gold inlay, revealing an intricate glass world she calls ‘Saishitsuhari’ fusing Japanese and Western sensibilities.
